Appointment/Class Cancellation Policy

At Roots and Branches, we understand that unanticipated events can arise. While we are sympathetic to first-time occurrences or extenuating circumstances, we have established the following guidelines to ensure fairness and availability for all our clients:

  1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: 
    We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This notice allows us to offer your spot to someone on our "Cancellation List."
    If you are unable to provide a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment.
     

  2. No Shows:
    If you forget or choose not to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
     

  3. Late Arrivals:
    ​If you arrive late for your appointment, we will begin your session immediately upon your arrival. However, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client. You will be charged for the full duration of the appointment, regardless of the actual time spent.
